2. Resource Usage
- Each Pod is allocated dedicated GPU and system resources as described by the selected plan. You may not attempt to access resources beyond your allocation.
- Pods are intended for active computational workloads. We reserve the right to stop idle Pods that appear to be consuming resources without performing useful work.
- Network bandwidth is shared among users. Excessive bandwidth consumption that degrades service for other users may be throttled or restricted.
3. Account Security
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by anyone you grant access to via SSH keys or API tokens.
- Do not share your personal access tokens (PATs) or expose them in public repositories, logs, or other insecure locations.
- Immediately revoke compromised tokens and notify us at support@degima.ai.
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor usage of the Service for compliance with this AUP. We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including:
- Issuing a warning
- Temporarily suspending your account or Pods
- Permanently terminating your account
- Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement authorities
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service, its users, or third parties.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to support@degima.ai. Include as much detail as possible to help us investigate.
6. Child Sexual Abuse Material and Mandatory Reporting
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”). You may not upload, store, process, or transmit CSAM using the Service.
If we obtain actual knowledge of any apparent CSAM on the Service, we will comply with applicable U.S. law, including reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and will cooperate with law enforcement. Nothing in this AUP limits our ability to preserve evidence or disclose information to authorities where required by law.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Service with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
